Dr. De LLanos, Clinicians and staff strive to create a pleasant working environment.  We understand that there are times when you may be frustrated due to your current symptom(s) or personal situation(s).  We will make every attempt to help you.  However, this practice, under no circumstances, will tolerate physical or verbal abuse for any reason. 

Abuse in any form is grounds for immediate discharge.

Please be advised:

If any Clinician with The Dr. De LLanos Clinic suggests inpatient hospitalization for patient safety and:

q patient refuses hospitalization, or
q clinician is forced to call authorities for patient safety, or
q patient leaves hospitalization against medical advice (AMA)

this behavior is grounds for immediate discharge from The Dr. De LLanos Clinic.

If any Clinician within The Dr. De LLanos Clinic requests a Urine Drug Screen (UDS), planned or random, and:

q patient refuses to complete UDS on requested day, or
q UDS is returned with positive results without patient disclosure of usage

this behavior is grounds for immediate discharge from The Dr. De LLanos Clinic.
