Do not be discouraged if you do not see your insurance carrier listed... there are Out of Network benefits available for many carriers. Although insurance benefits are verified for each patient, it is beneficial if you are familiar with your mental health benefits within your particular insurance plan. Many in-network insurances will "carve out" mental health benefits to another carrier. If this occurs, there may be a greater financial responsibility required for each office visit. IMPORTANT: Learn more about NEW billing policies... Beginning January 1, 2008, all patients for Dr. De LLanos, Joselee Sarmiento, NP, or Deborah Ellis, NP, who are utilizing Out of Network benefits will be required to pay for their visit in full at the time of service (prior to being seen by the Clinician). Patients will be given a form to submit to their insurance for direct reimbursement. All fees for testing appointments are expected at the time of service, prior to the test being administered. Please contact an Office Associate for more information on the current fee schedule of services.
